Biography

Country Western singer-songwriter JEANNIE GAYLE grew up in Ohio immersed in the sounds of classic country—Merle Haggard, Johnny Cash, Loretta Lynn, George Jones, Patsy Cline, and Dolly Parton shaped her musical foundation.

Writing since her early twenties, Jeannie Gayle crafts songs that span the full emotional landscape: poignant ballads, confidence-building anthems, and dance party tunes exploring love, lust, loss, and the art of moving on. Now based on a ranch in Pearblossom, California, she fronts the rock-country blues band Watzit2U, which records and performs from her home base. A versatile multi-instrumentalist, she plays guitar, banjo, piano, flutes, bass, and drums. Jaygayle Music (ASCAP). publishes her songs.

Jeannie Gayle’s debut album is dedicated to her parents, Betty and Raymond, who instilled in her a deep love for the Grand Ole Opry.
